TRANSPARANCY AND POLITICAL HUBRIS

From Blago to Burris, and the Messiah himself Che Obama, The dems sure are loving the word "transparancy".
Only a democrat could claim to be transparent, then say he was bussy answering other questions and forgot to complete a previous question. But Burris and Blago, mayor Daley are bit players in Chicago politics now. Obama's gone bigtime, and his most transparent administration of all time has, pushed through the largest spending bill this country has ever seen without allowing even memebers of his OWN PARTY to read it. He has refused to comply with his own policy of posting agenda items on the white house web sight do to technical reasons. (Okay then issue a press release you Harvard Grad). His new finance czar failed to define the terms of the second half of the TARP bailout sending the market into a nosedive. No hints on who his next selections will be for HHS and Commerce Dept. heads.
Surley he's got an idea....don't you think? Axlrod won't say if Obama will support the fairness doctrine (He will).
I like the Gaza Refugee Exectuive Order allowing Hamas supporters to relocate and settle in the US with taxpayer funds.

What does Eric Holder mean by reasonable restrictions on gun ownership? We already know he feels the 2nd amendment mean a "collective right" even though it clearly states "The right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms, (thats a comma there) a well regulated milita" that is two seperate things. Or is it the Ammunition Accountability Act coding individual bullets and recording DL # of ammunition purchases? Haven't heard these items discussed.

Why Mr. Obama, did you come out in support of card check so vehemently, when you know GM is in negotiations with the UAW? in case you missed it they walked out of negotiations, surley thinking you will come riding to their rescue. Why would they think that? Could it be because you owe them for their votes? I hear GM is asking for more money now too. Playing both sides of the fence or are you supporting jobs?

Hey Nancy! Hows Italy? so nice of you to take some time off while the rest of America slips further into the abyss. You worked hard socializing america. Have some wine for me.

Obama's First Speech

Barack's big night seemed to go well for him I must say. Now, I only caught the final thirty minutes, so, until I get a chance to see the whole thing, I was at work. For you libs out there that's what the people who actually pay taxes do to make money, instead of sucking on the governement tit.

I disagree with the President on so many issues, not the least of which is the stimulus package, but this speech in my mind was more about assuring the Great Unwashed that he knows what he is doing. He dosen't, but he gave the impression that he does. Mr. Obama came off as competent, articulate and thoughtful. He has absolutley no concern for the people he claims to be aiding. You know the middle class, folks who cling to their guns and religeon. Barack would no more want to spend the day in small town America with the plumbers, cops and line cooks than go dove hunting with Dick Cheney. But he made himself appear as if he would. You see, he knows his stimulus plan will have no immediate effect on the economy, it most likley will harm it it the long run by diverting assets from the private sector to pseudo-busineses claiming to be working on "alternative" energy, and state beurocrats.  But, if he can fool the masses into believing he actually cares, that this plan is well conceived than he can expand govt to the point it dose'nt matter if it fails. He will have secured liberal democrats power by getting corporate america as well as the average schmoe hooked on govt. heroin.

His speech such as it was was very good though. Dumbasses will see him as their savior, and intellectuals will see him as one of their own.
Above all this speech shows how dangerous this man reall is to the traditional american way of life. He, and the Pelosi, Reid, Frank, and Schumer Quabbal are out to distroy capitalism. The tired old hippies have found a perfect pich man in the form of a young handsom socialist named Barrack Obama. God save us.

This insane bill will pass.  Then, it will be on to killing God, disarming the people, corrupting the youth (See Al Gore) silencing opposition, and turning our soverignty over to the Global Community.

Stimulus To Reach Obama by Weeks End

The New York Times reports the Election Pay Off and Vote Purchase Plan will presumably make it to Che Obama by this weeks end.
According to the Times, John Ensign (R) Nevada, stated he and other repubs will argue for greater tax cuts, and try to delay a Senate vote a few days. Dems want a vote as early as tuesday, sending the bill back to the House.
As it stands now, the total for the so- called stimulus plan is a whopping $827 billion, and is expected to reach as high as $1.3 trillion.

The Paper of Record also reports that Timothy Geithener will delay the rollout of the second phase of TARP to the tune of $350 billion. The stalling according to Lawrence Summers, the President's Economic Advisor, is to avoid a collision with the stimulus debate, and in MY opinion, it allows Obama to give his sales pitch for Pelosi's stimunot plan without addressing the Troubled Asset Relief Program. And why, he, after jumping on Bush for lack of accountability will write a check without a gaurantee the banks will use the funds as for loans. Isn't that "The Point" Mr. Obama? TARP is supposed to free up the credit markets. That would really stimulate the economy.

What both of these plans do is perpetuate and grow governement, and ensure not only individual voter reliance on govt. but, corporate reliance on governement. Do we really want the private sector basing decisions on whether politicians think they are good ideas?
The great comic Jackie Mason once said "You want better politician....put 'em on commision"
Unfortunatly we want to put politicians in the board room.

DEBATE TOPICS, SARAH PALIN/NANCY PELOSI

Sarah Palin, 2012?
I for one kinda like the sound of that. You folks will get many a Palin sales pitch from me, but for now I want to hear from you.
Is Sarah Palin now, or will she be, a viable canidate to run against Che Obama in 2012?

Nancy Pelosi, Is she crazy?
The Big P wants a windfall tax on your retirement to provide illegal aliens the life they desired here in America. God only knows what else she has planned so, Is Nancy Pelosi simply coming out of the closet as a marxist, or is she just crazy?

Stimulus Deal Accountability?

A Question for the Right.

Should republican "moderates" such as Arlen Spector and Susan Collins be held accountable by fellow repub Senators?
In my humble opinion yes. Republican ideals are simple and straight forward on this, the stimulus bill as it appears now, and how it will appear in it's final for out of committee, causes larger govt. ensures higher taxes in the future, all the while creating few jobs and greater on the goreliance vernment. The whole package was on the liberal democrats head, by agreeing to a deal, these few so called moderates from our party have accepted some responcibility for it. More weak willed republicans will follow.

Immigration, National Security, Elections and Campaigns, Politics in General, and, whatever strikes my fancy any given time.

Expect off color comments, random bouts of incohearance, monstrous grammatical errors, poor attempts at humor, but always an attempt to show my Working Stiff Reagan Rebublican veiwpoint.
